Montenegro. External view of the House of Revolution in Nikšic, an ambitious project conceived during the Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia, and supposed to result in the country’s largest monument to the victims of World War II in Yugoslavia as well as a unique cultural centre with theatres and other artistic venues, a congress hall and a TV station. The building was never completed and is currently abandoned. Several Chinese companies from Baoding are claimed to be interested in making a substantial investment in the building.
