USA. Diane Harris joins a friend at the Historic Brown Chapel A.M.E. Church. Diane is a direct witness of the infamous march from Selma to Montgomery to campaign for black voting rights. Diane participated in the first march but was forced to flee the police once she arrived at the Edmund Petus Bridge where protesters were stopped with tear gas and batons by the state police that were defending racial segregation in Alabama.
