“Pascolo Vagante” awarded at the Lessinia Film Festival
The documentary “Pascolo Vagante” (“Nomadic Grazing”) by Bruno Zanzottera together with anthropologist Elena Dak has been awarded a prize at the Film Festival della Lessinia in the Italian Mountains.
“Pascolo Vagante”, according to the festival jury, is a ’year-long journey that takes the viewer into an archaic and unknown world. The sublime and refined narrative voice, the use of slow and harmonious aerial shots, the powerful and epic soundtrack, and the singular love story for the family and the flock make this film a real discovery’.
A big thank you to Alice, Fabio and Martin, the family of shepherds featured in the film, and to the entire festival team.
