Concordia won third place at 2022 Sony Award

Concordia, a story by Alessandro Gandolfi, won third place in the Still Life category at the 2022 Sony World Photography Award. Through the objects kept by passengers who were on board, the project tells the story of the sinking of the Costa Concordia cruise ship ten years ago. Behind all the photographed objects are the stories of the people who survived the shipwreck, a choral tale between past and present of that tragic night of February 12, 2012.
