Enel X Pay: user experience at the center
Simplifying and digitizing payments is possible with Enel X Pay, the smart payment solution from Enel X Financial Services, the home-grown fintech company.
True simplification also goes through the creation of a new information site that must be intuitive, clear and in continuity with all touchpoints.
This was a complex project to implement, which had to hold together the brand’s needs to maintain continuity for its users, to make information clear, but also to fit coherently within the Enel X digital ecosystem. Therefore, the work started from the study of the already available assets, such as the illustrations that guide the user experience in the App, and – in compliance with the brand’s guidelines – a visual concept was developed that would integrate the two worlds and connect them.
The entire information architecture was reformulated to optimize the user experience: not only a different reorganization of content, but a tailored design of all pages of the site. The design was optimized to best tell the story of the product’s functions, and as a result, all visuals and all textual content, from informational to microcopy useful from a conversion marketing perspective, were created.
After all the content was produced and optimized, the online launch of the site was taken care of. Through dedicated CMS, the entire content architecture was uploaded, divided for the three targets: individuals, retailers and business.
